The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page
twenty-two, section ten, line thirteen, following the word "lease",
by striking out the words "ten dollars twenty dollars" and the
comma and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"$15.00";
On page twenty-two, section ten, line sixteen, following the
word "code", by striking out the words "ten dollars" and the comma
and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"$10.00";
On page twenty-two, section ten, lines seventeen and eighteen,
following the word "conveyance" and the parenthesis and comma, by
striking out the words "ten dollars" and inserting in lieu thereof
the following:
"$10.00";
On page twenty-two, section ten, line twenty-two, following
the word "subsection" and the comma, by striking out the words
"five dollars" and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"$10.00";
On page twenty-two, section ten, line twenty-four, following
the word "page" and the comma, by striking out the words "one
dollar" and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"$1.00";
On page twenty-three, section ten, line thirty-one, following
subdivision six, by striking out the entire subdivision seven, and
inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"
(7) Eleven dollars of each recording fee received pursuant to
subdivision (1) of this subsection shall be retained by the county
clerk for the operation of that office and four dollars of each of
the aforesaid recording fees together with five dollars of the
recording fee collected pursuant to subdivision (5)of this section,
shall be paid by the county clerk into the State Treasurer and
deposited in equal amounts for deposit into the Farmland Protection
Fund created in article twelve, chapter eight-a of this code for
the benefit of the West Virginia Agricultural Land Protection
Authority and into the Outdoor Heritage Conservation Fund created
in article two-g, chapter five-b of this code
: Provided, That the
funds deposited pursuant to this subdivision may only be used for
costs, excluding personnel costs, associated with purpose of land
conservation, as defined in subsection (f), section seven, article
two-g, chapter five-b of this code.
